the Dubreys'
In the sping of 96, the Dubreys fell in love with the estate which was up for sale, down the road from the heart of Martillac village, near Léognan. Cyril Dubrey (an agricultural engineer and enologist) and his wife Florence settled on that estate and set their hearts on giving Château Mirebeau the splendour it had known at the turn of the XXth century.
First, they renovated the buildings and invested in the latest technology for the winery and the vineyard. They decided to actually turn the estate into fully biodynamic one in 2005.
